This traditional Japanese ryokan offers an authentic and unforgettable experience for families. the family that runs it is kind and attentive, offering exceptional service and hospitality. Guests can enjoy private dinners featuring 5-star traditional meals in their own ornate dining rooms. the rooms are spacious, bright, and offer breathtaking views of the surrounding natural beauty, such as the river and garden ponds. Families can relax and unwind in the private onsen, perfect for small groups.
The drinks served during dinner are not included in the high room cost, and they are expensive.

Really enjoyed the complimentary bus tour of the area and the free bike rental during our business trip. the location of the hotel, close to the bus station, was perfect for getting around. the room was clean and spacious.
The steep stairs to the toilet and washbasin were a bit difficult to manage, especially since they were not mentioned in the website. the meals were not to our liking and lacked variety.

The ryokan experience was unforgettable. We loved the warm hospitality, picturesque room with a river view, and the remarkable meals that were served in ornate private dining rooms. The vintage decor and vintage coffee machine were added features that added to the charm of the accommodation. The best aspects of the stay were the kaiseki that was made of the finest seasonal ingredients and the private gardens, which were perfect for morning breakfasts.
The ryokan does not have an internal bath, but we were provided with a pass to the public sento across the street. some of the stink bugs that appeared randomly were a bit of a nuisance during our stay.
